Role Overview
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll respond to inquiries about orders, returns, products, and shipping. You work in a structured, calm manner and ensure every customer feels supported.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via email and social media

Record and update customer information in our systems

Provide guidance on sizing, materials, and product selection

Handle returns and warranty cases according to policy

Coordinate with our logistics and fulfillment partners
Qualifications

Excellent written English (French is a bonus)

Service-minded communication style

Minimum age 18

Able to work independently with responsibility

Basic computer skills (Shopify/Helpdesk familiarity is a plus)
