Role Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll respond to inquiries about orders, returns, products, and shipping. You work in a structured, calm manner and ensure every customer feels supported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and social media

  • Record and update customer information in our systems

  • Provide guidance on sizing, materials, and product selection

  • Handle returns and warranty cases according to policy

  • Coordinate with our logistics and fulfillment partners

Qualifications

  • Excellent written English (French is a bonus)

  • Service-minded communication style

  • Minimum age 18

  • Able to work independently with responsibility

  • Basic computer skills (Shopify/Helpdesk familiarity is a plus)
